INVESTMENT TAX CREDIT: Commonly known as the 30% Investment Tax Credit (ITC).

The residential solar tax credit is set to expire on December 31st, 2025. To claim it, your solar installation must be fully installed and operational by that date. This change seems from the new law known as the “One Big Beautiful Bill” signed into law on July 4, 2025.

The tax credit for commercial systems has new deadlines and eligibility requirements as well. Requirements include meeting deadlines to procure equipment, begin construction, and place in service. Contact our offices for more details.

***WEATHER / ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS WARNING & NOTICES***: 

Winter: Please refrain from clearing snow from your panels. Such actions may cause injury, and may cause warranty-voiding damage to your solar system.

Spring: Schedule routine service and cleanings to take proper care of your system and remove any pollen, mineral deposits or animal droppings that might affect system production. Scheduling routine service in the Spring is a great way to ensure that system warranties remain intact, problems are addressed early, and there is no neglect.

Summer: Summer brings some increased thunder and lightning activity to New England. If you believe that your system has been impacted by a storm, please contact our office right away.

Fall: With the changing of the seasons, there is increased chances of organic material and debris on rooftops. Please be proactive  in keeping the underside of systems clear of material such as fallen leaves. If you need assistance clearing the underside of panels, as well as safeguarding your system against animal interference, please contact our office. 

Inclement weather may impact our service and installation schedule. For the safety of our team, your service or installation will be rescheduled to the next day where it is safe to do so. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
